Customer service is pertinent to the growth of a businesses.
It is the provision of services to customers by business operators before
during and after purchase which strengthen the relationship between the buyer
and seller. In the same regard any good gesture made to your customer is
already a good service rendered to them, it’s applicable in both shops,
workshops and financial institutions.

tactic as its long lasting than Monopoly power. Because if competition arises
the monopolist will lose its power but a good business operator offering good
customer services be it financial assistance or a good relationship with your
customers will sustain your business or financial institution even in crucial
